Ways to place orders

We understand that organizations have many different ways of working and we are here to support that! Please note the several ways you can place orders listed below. 

1. Place an order directly online

You can utilize our shopping cart and logo upload tool to place orders directly online ! Unless we have a question on your order or a problem with your artwork, you will not receive a mockup of your item and your order will be promptly placed into production. You will pay via credit card and receive an email confirmation of your order as well as follow up emails when the order has shipped with tracking. 

2. Start a project 

You can utilize our " start a project tool" if you wish to place a custom order. We offer many items/colors/styles above and beyond what is shown on our webite. If you have a special need or want to work directly with a sales representative, please fill out our " start a project" form and a sales associate will be in touch with you. 

3. Submit a PO 

If you know what you would like but  wish to submit a PO for an order, please email your PO and artwork  directly to info@oakandtwill.com. Someone from the sales and artwork dept. will get in touch with you to confirm your PO and artwork shortly.
